Mediaset e governo: un solo destino?Nonostante la buona trimestrale il titolo Mediaset naufraga in Borsa. Una probabile spiegazione.
Mentre infatti il governo boccheggia, anche l’azienda creata dal Presidente del Consiglio naviga in acque certamente non tranquille. Tutto è iniziato la scorsa settimana, quando dopo il discorso di Bastia Umbra da parte del leader di Futuro e Libertà Gianfranco Fini, Mediaset ha iniziato a perdere quota in Borsa. Gli analisti hanno subito imputato il calo del valore delle azioni ai rischi per la tenute dell’esecutivo. Il trend al ribasso di Mediaset è perdurato anche nei giorni successivi quando, nonostante i buoni dati trimestrali, l’azienda è nuovamente andata giù in Borsa, non riuscendo quindi a trovare nei risultati sui primi nove mesi del 2010 un trampolino di lancio per andare oltre i timori degli investitori per l’eventuale caduta del governo. In quest’ottica sono quindi da leggere le successive perdite riportate dal titolo a Piazza Affari. Mentre stiamo scrivendo il titolo continua nella sua corsa al ribasso mettendo a segno un poco invidiabile -5,2%. Che ci siano dei timori quindi per il futuro di Mediaset è abbastanza palese. Del resto, a confermare questo stato dei fatti, ci ha pensato indirettamente lo stesso Confalonieri il quale nei giorni scorsi ha parlato di “miopia” riferendosi a tutti coloro i quali possano soltanto lontanamente pensare che Mediaset possa rischiare qualcosa dall’elezione di un governo di sinistra. Chiarito che parlando di Mediaset non ci si riferisce al suo Cda ma ai migliaia di lavoratori impegnati, non si può non avvalorare i dubbi di Confalonieri, il quale parlando di “miopia” ha inevitabilmente inteso che di concreto (anche nell’ipotesi di un governo di sinistra) non ci sia praticamente nulla. Lo storico sembrerebbe poi confermare questa opzione: ben noto è infatti il comportamento dei governi di sinistra i quali non solo non misero in dubbio un solo posto di lavoro a Mediaset ma addirittura non risolsero, per calcoli politici, neppure il famigerato conflitto di interesse. E allora la domanda è immediata: di cosa, in concreto, ha paura il mercato, se i precedenti indicano che tali rischi di fatto neppure esistono? Probabilmente di nulla. Probabilmente si tratta solo di pura speculazione che si abbatte sul titolo sfruttando la visione di pubblico dominio circa un collegamento tra governo e azienda, anello di congiunzione Silvio Berlusconi. Anche questo avviene in un Paese dove la speculazione è sempre capace di trovare finestre e buchi per intrufolarsi.
